North Carolina (UNC) vs. Indiana Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 11-30-2022

The 18th-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels (5-2, 1-5-1 ATS) will be taking on the 10th-ranked Indiana Hoosiers (6-0, 4-1-1 ATS) on Wednesday night in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. The Tar Heels have lost two consecutive games after a 103-101 quadruple-overtime home loss against the Alabama Crimson Tide on Sunday. The Hoosiers last played on Friday, where they picked up a 90-51 home win over the Jackson State Tigers.

The UNC Tar Heels had an incredible game offensively last time out as they were able to score 101 points on 38-of-91 (41.8 percent) from the floor and 7-of-23 (30.4 percent) from beyond the arc. They passed the ball well though as they had 15 assists on 38 field goal attempts. Sophomore guard Caleb Love finished the game with 58 minutes played and had 34 points, nine rebounds, four assists, three steals, and four turnovers.

 

Their defense needs to continue doing as well as they did here as they allowed 40 points in the second half to the Crimson Tide. Alabama was able to shoot well as they were able to connect on 41.1 percent from the floor and 42.1 percent from the three-point line. UNC did a decent job of forcing turnovers as they were able to force 22 turnovers in the game with just 12 steals and 10 blocks throughout t he game.
