The Norfolk State Spartans and Delaware State Hornets face off on Monday in a college basketball showdown at Memorial Hall Dover. When these two teams faced off in March it was Norfolk State that secured the 74-66 victory.

Brandon Stone is averaging 12 points while shooting 53.4 percent from the field and 35.3 percent from behind the three point line.
