NHL Parlay Picks (11/7)

New York Rangers -1.5 (+150) over Detroit Red Wings

Plenty of attention has been given to the defending Stanley Cup-champion Vegas Golden Knights thanks to the incredible 11-1-1 start they've gotten off to, and rightfully so. However, it has overshadowed what the Rangers have been able to do in the Eastern Conference. They currently sit atop the Metropolitan Division at 8-2-1, and that's after a long 5-game road stretch out west and in Canada, where they went 5-. They'll be back in Madison Square Garden tonight to take on the Red Wings, who admittedly have been stronger this season.'

One of the primary reasons for that has been the addition of Alex DeBrincat and the boost he brings to the offense. However, New York is not the team to play when you're expected to score plenty of goals. Netminder Igor Shesterkin is just two seasons removed from winning the Vezina Trophy and has helped the Rangers hold the 4th-best goaltending market at just 2.63 goals allowed per game. The Wings are just outside the bottom 10 in that regard, so we'll back New York with the first of our NHL parlay picks.''
