NFL Week 9 opening line projections: Early power rating adjustments to help attack spreads for every game

The early Sunday slate in Week 9 went mostly as expected, with the two upsets coming by short home 'dogs in Carolina and Tennessee. For the former, the offense didn't look any better with Thomas Brown calling plays, as the Panthers struggled to 3.7 yards per play with no running game to speak of. But Bryce Young engineered a 15-play, 86-yard field goal drive to get the win at the buzzer. I was optimistic about the Panthers coming out of the bye, but I'm going to adjust their power rating b ack to where I had it prior to Week 8.
