NFL standings, Week 15: Where things stand in NFC West playoff picture moving toward Week 16

The NFC West race is officially over. The San Francisco 49ers beat the Seattle Seahawks on and they have clinched the NFC West title. The 49ers beat the Seahawks 21-13 and punched their ticket for the 2023 NFL Playoffs.

The 49ers improved to 10-4 while the Seahawks dropped to 7-7. The 49ers swept the head-to-head series this season, beating Seattle 27-7 in Week 2 and then claiming this Week 15 victory. Head-to-head is the first tiebreaker and with three games left and a three game lead, the division is secure. They sit in third place in the conference, half a game game back of the Vikings and 1.5 games back of the Eagles. They are 3.5 games up on the fourth place Bucs.

San Francisco opened the season with +150 odds to win the division, which were second to the Rams. LA was +130, Arizona was +400, and Seattle was +2000 after trading away Russell Wilson. Few figured the Seahawks would be contenders, but they remain alive in the playoff race, even with their 7-7 record. They need to get back on the winning track, but the wild card race is an option.

Below is a rundown of the NFC West division standings as Week 15 wraps up. Division title odds are now off the board at DraftKings Sportsbook.
