The New York Rangers and Anaheim Ducks face off on Wednesday in an NHL showdown at the Honda Center. When these two teams faced off in 2022 it was the Rangers that secured the 6-4 victory.

The Rangers are averaging 2.95 goals per game while their defense is giving up 2.68 goals per game. Artemi Panarin has scored five goals and added seven assists. In this game the Rangers need the defense to be strong here.
On the other side of this matchup is the Ducks who have had a very disappointing season. The Ducks come into this game with a 5-13-1 record but they have gone 3-4-0 at home this season. On Monday against the St. Louis Blues the offense only managed one goal and that led to the two-goal defeat. The Ducks defense gave up two goals in the 3rd period. The Ducks are averaging 2.53 goals per game while their defense 4.26 goals per game. Troy Terry has been the top player for the Ducks averaging seven goals and adding 13 assists.
