The Jets were dealt a road loss by the Browns last week. The Patriots were hit with a road loss by the Bills. The Patriots recorded a 15-10 road win against the Jets in the first meeting.

The New York Jets are glad to see a disastrous season come to an end. The season began with big expectations due to the addition of Aaron Rodgers who was injured in the opening game. They had quarterback issues all season as a result. New York beat the Commanders by a 30-28 score on the 24th but were seven-point dogs in a 37-20 road loss to the Browns last week. The Jets have covered the spread in only one of their last five games.

Zach Wilson did not play in the last two games due to a concussion and will not play in this game. The 24-year-old QB has not been able to break out in his career. He has recorded 2271 passing yards and an 8:7 TD to INT ratio. Trevor Siemian has been under center. The veteran QB was solid against the Browns, posting 261 passing yards, and has 654 passing yards and a 2:4 TD to INT ratio on the season.

Breece Hall is in a groove, amassing 95 an d 84 rushing yards in his last two performances respectively. The 22-year-old running back is having an outstanding season, collecting 816 rushing yards, and has not missed a game. Garrett Wilson has registered 50 or fewer receiving yards in four of his last five games. The 23-year-old WR has 1008 receiving yards on the season. The New York offense has shown a bit of punch, scoring at least 20 points in three of its last four bouts.

The Jets' defense is usually a strength but has struggled recently, giving up at least 28 points in three straight games. This includes 30 against the Commanders. The unit conceded 428 total yards on 37 points against the Browns last week, marking their worst defensive game of the season. The pass defense is strong, marking 4th but the rush defense is 24th.

New York is scoring an average of 15.7 points, pegging them 29th. They are allowing an average of 22 points, placing them 18th.
