The Buffalo Bills play host to the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon in an AFC East showdown from Highmark Stadium. Only a half game separates these two teams, as the Jets come in at 4-5 and the Bills sit at 5-5. This one could go a long way towards determining the playoff race as these two rivals face off. The Jets stunned the Bills, taking them down in overtime in week one, as they look to make it a season sweep in one that fans won't want to miss.

It was only a few weeks ago that the Jets were sitting with a winning record but back-to-back losses now has them searching for a way out of their current skid. Having already beaten Buffalo in week one, they'll have some confidence to draw on from that game, though having to go on the road is bound to make things more challenging. They haven't won in Buffalo since 2019 and only have two wins in the last seven meetings between these two teams. With the AFC race tightening up, it's now or never for the Jets to make a splash and get back into the win column, taking down a divisional foe on the way.

It hasn't helped matters that the injury report has only grown in length over recent weeks, with 21 players listed. Ten have already been ruled out, with Aaron Rodgers' continued absence being the most notable. Garrett Wilson (elbow) is questionable, which would be a major blow to the passing game. On the defensive side, John Franklin-Myers and Quincy Williams are both probable, which is welcome news.

While the defense has kept them in most games, the offense continues to struggle. It was another week without an offensive touchdown and considering they rank 29th in total offense, they'll have their hands full for this one. Zach Wilson has more interceptions than touchdowns, though Breece Hall has been on strong on the ground. If they can control the clock and churn out first downs on the ground, that might be their best avenue to finding success. With Wilson potentially out at wide receiver, the passing game could take even more of a step back. On the defensive end, CJ Mosley (96 tackles) is having a great season, while the secondary has the weapons to make things difficult for the Bills to move the ball as well.
