New York Islanders at Chicago Blackhawks – 11/1/22 NHL Picks and Prediction

The New York Islanders and Chicago Blackhawks face off on Tuesday in an NHL showdown at the United Center. The visiting team has won the last two games played between the two teams. 

The Blackhawks come into this game with a 4-3-2 record overall and they have lost three games in a row. They were able to force overtime against the Minnesota Wild by scoring three goals, but in the shootout, they were defeated. Alex Stalock had a nice game stopping 32 of the 35 shots. In the last games against the Colorado Avalanche they scored five goals and that was enough for the one goal victory. Zach Parise had a nice game finishing with eight shots on goal and one shot scored. The Islanders are averaging 3.67 goals per game while their defense is giving up 2.67 goals per game. The offense is ranked 4th in the league while the defense is ranked 6th. Mathew Barzal is having a big season scoring zero gaols and adding ten assists.
