The Devils have a 34-13-4 record and with three wins in a row have leaped into second place in the Metropolitan Division. The Wild have a 27-20-4 record but are hoping to rebound from three losses in a row. Both teams look to improve in the divisions and the playoff picture and the upcoming game should be a great one as a result.

Ryan Graves and Jonas Seigenthaler have combined for 7.6 defensive point shares and 187 blocked shots while Dougie Hamilton, John Marino, and Damon Severson have combined for 7.7 defensive point shares to add depth to the unit. In addition, goaltender Vitek Vanecek has been great with a .916 save percentag e and a 2.34 goals-against average on 841 shots with 8.2 goals saved above average.
