Nevada at Oregon – 12/10/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Nevada Wolf Pack will head up to Eugene and face the Oregon Ducks in non-conference this weekend from the Matthew Knight Arena on the Pac 12 Network.

Nevada improved to 8-2 after a win over Pepperdine in Malibu. The Wolf Pack trailed at halftime but the Bearkats played in a contested first half, before the host would pull away for their fourth double-digit victory over the WAC, their former conference. Nevada is scoring 74.2 points per game, while shooting 43.5% from the floor, and 37.1% from three.

Senior guard Jarod Lucas has settled in nicely in Reno. The Oregon State transfer has scored 16 or more in nine of the last ten games, and he’ll surely enjoy facing the Ducks one more time as a former Beaver. Lucas is leading Nevada in scoring at 17.3 ppg. Fellow senior guard Kenan Blackshear posted a pair of double-doubles against KState and Tulane, and he’s posting a healthy line of 12.9 ppg, 5.6 rpg, and 5.6 apg. Senior center Will Baker scored 20 points in the win over Akron, and he’s scoring 11.6 ppg and grabbing 4.6 rpg.
