A battle in the Big Ten is set for Friday night when the Nebraska Cornhuskers (13-3, 3-2 Big Ten) travel to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes (9-6, 1-3 Big Ten). Nebraska just pulled off a huge upset, defeating #1 Purdue at home 88-72 as 7.5-point underdogs. Iowa is also coming off a home win, they defeated Rutgers 86-77 as 6.5-point home favorites. Nebraska just took on the #1 Purdue Boilermakers in Lincoln, and sent the top team in the nation home with a 16 point loss. Nebraska held big man Zach Edey to just 15 points and seven rebounds, well below his averages. The Cornhuskers won the battle inside, scoring 28 points in the paint to only 20 from Purdue. They also had five less turnovers in the upset win. Nebraska was led by Keisei Tominaga with 19 points in the big win.
