It’s a nonconference matchup on the parquet floor when a team from the Summit League travels to take on a program from the Big 12 in the Hawkeye State. The Omaha Mavericks are on the road as they make the trip to face the Iowa State Cyclones Wednesday night. Omaha hosted Denver Monday night in their previous contest and picked up an 83-66 victory, winning outright as a 1.5-point underdog. Iowa State knocked off Western Michigan 73-57 at home Sunday afternoon, though they failed to cover the line as 23.5-point favorites. In the all-time series between the teams, the Cyclones have taken all three meetings, including an 82-55 home triumph in the most recent matchup on November 26, 2018.
