NC State has had a solid run through the first half of its ACC schedule and is in prime position to earn an NCAA Tournament invitation this season. NC State heads into this matchup on the heels of an 85-82 home win over Notre Dame on Tuesday night. The Wolfpack played an incredibly efficient game, committing just two turnovers on the night. Jarkel Joiner led the way with 28 points and six rebounds. Terquavion Smith, returning from an injury on Saturday, had 17 points despite struggling from the field after going 2-of-14 from the field.

The Wolfpack have had one of the strongest offenses in the country, ranking 23rd in the nation and #1 in the ACC. They are 115th in field goal percentage and 171st in 3pt field goal percentage. Tuesday night's low turnover total should not come as a surprise as the Wolfpack are 10th nationally and #1 in the ACC in fewest turnovers per game. Defensively, the Wolfpack are ranked 168th in the nation in scoring defense. NC State is also ranked 164th in opponent's field goal percentage. The Wolfpack have been impressive on the perimeter, ranking 49th in 3pt defense. NC State is a solid 65th in total rebounding.

Key Injuries: Guard Jack Clark is out with a hip injury; he's averaging over eight points per contest.
