As mentioned above, it's not all that significant that these teams share the sam e perfect record. NC State has only had to defeat Austin Peay, Campbell, FIU and Elon so far, and Campbell (73-67) and Elon (74-63) both put up real games.
The Jayhawks had some easy wins too, but they also edged out No. 8 Duke 69-64 last week, and early signs are that this Kansas team is for real.
The Wolfpack should be in for a rude awakening in their first real test of the season, and I expect Kansas to get up big early and hold that lead the rest of the way.
