The N.C. State Wolfpack will cross the Carolina border and face the Clemson Tigers in ACC action this Friday from the Littlejohn Coliseum on the ACC Network. N.C. State holds the all-time series lead 83-53, but Clemson has won each of the last three matchups.
N.C. State improved to 11-3 after beating Louisville in Raleigh. The Wolf Pack wore the visiting Cardinals down in the second half and picked up a 12-point win to avoid a 0-3 start in ACC play. N.C. State scores 80.6 points per game, while allowing 67.6 ppg, and shooting 46.4% from the floor.
N.C. State has leaned on the strength of their backcourt early on. Terquavion Smith is on-pace to lead the team in scoring after a productive start, and he’s up his average to 17.9 ppg. Ole Miss transfer Jarkel Joiner has looked good in his new home as well, scoring a game-high 27 points in the win over Dayton and averaging 16.4 ppg.
