The North Carolina A&T Aggies are heading to the Convocation Center on Monday night to take on the Hampton Pirates in Coastal Athletic Association action. The Aggies (3-13, 1-2) are on a two-game losing streak after a 67-63 home loss to the Drexel Dragons on Thursday. The Pirates (4-12, 0-4) are on a massive seven-game losing streak after a 73-61 home loss on Thursday to the William & Mary Tribe.
The North Carolina A&T Aggies are coming off a 67-63 home loss against the Drexel Dragons and it does not help when they shoot 23-of-60 (38.3 percent) from the field, 4-of-16 (25.0 percent) from beyond the arc and 19 shots at the charity stripe. Sophomore guard Landon Glasper had a solid game as in 35 minutes he finished with 21 points, three rebounds, two assists, three steals and three turnovers. Their defense did a decent job but has room for improvement as Drexel finished with a team shooting split of 48.3/16.7/70.0 during the game.
Glasper can not only score the ball but he is also a good passer and defends well. He is the first @ncatmbb player ever to win @CAASports player of the week!! #AggiePride @NCATAGGIES
