NBA Player Props Today – Best Jaylen Brown & DeMar DeRozan Props

It's a sports equinox as we have NFL, MLB, NHL and NBA games on the docket tonight, with the highlight for us being an 11-game NBA slate. It is still early in the season and we're still gathering data but I've found a couple of interesting betting spots that I’m laying some money on. Let’s dive into my favorite NBA player prop bets for tonight, but don’t forget to al so read our NBA picks for every game as well.

Same Game Parlay: Jaylen Brown 2+ threes & Boston Celtics ML (+110)

Line available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing. Recommended 0.50u wager.

This is a 2-leg Same Game Parlay. The Boston Celtics are 2-0 and unsurprisingly have looked like title contenders behind one of the NBA's best starting lineups. Their backcourt of Jrue Holiday and Derrick White is perhaps the best defensive guard duo in the league and that should be enough to counter the Washington Wizards' biggest strength – their offensive guard play. Additionally, Washington's starting center, Daniel Gafford, is questionable and if he were to miss this game, there would be no depth on the team to bring rim protection and good rebounding since the immediate backup bigs would be former Celtics players Danilo Gallinari and Mike Muscala.

If Boston is to get the job done and win the game, they need to get a decent offensive performance and second-option super-max wing Jaylen Brown should be one of the leaders in volume. Brown has had a rough game and a good game so far this season, but what has stayed consistent is Boston trying to get him the basketball. In Game 1, he went 0-for-4 from three and in Game 2 he went 3-for-7 from beyond the arc, and there should be similar volume again today. The Wizards’ defense has allowed the second-most made threes per game to small forwards, fifth-most made threes per game overall, and eighth-most made threes per game from above the break, where Brown takes most of his longshots from. Give us two makes.
