NBA Player Props & Best Bets Today: Schedule, Picks for Sunday
NBA Player Props & Best Bets Today: Schedule, Picks for Sundayiv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

Our top NBA player props and best bets for Sunday are based on the best NBA odds.

Sunday's NBA slate is packed, but don't focus on the early games between 1 p.m. and 3:30. Concentrate instead on the main slate that begins at 6. We've got two rebound props tonight for power forward Domantas Sabonis and the Sacramento Kings facing the San Antonio Spurs and point guard Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns facing the Oklahoma City Thunder.

We're betting small forward Corey Kispert stays hot when the Washington Wizards face the New York Knicks, and can the Atlanta Hawks close out the Dallas Mavericks in the fourth quarter?

Here are our top NBA player props and best bets for Sunday (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook, FanDuel Sportsbook and Caesars Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Sunday's NBA player prop picks

Kispert has been on fire recently. Over his last four matchups, the Gonzaga product averaged 21.8 points and 5.8 triples, hitting 54.5% of his shots. With small forward Kyle Kuzma and shooting guard Bradley Beal out and center Kristaps Porzingis questionable, Kispert should keep putting up shots. During his four-game hot streak, he's attempted 13.8 field goals per game, nearly double the 7.5 he's averaged this season.

New York allows the nineth-most 3-pointers per game this year, and with Kispert given the green light to shoot, he should hit these props easily, as he's done in three of his last four. Consider taking the 3-point prop only, but if you, bet on him scoring at least 12 points. Why not bet that he'll score at least two more baskets and parlay it for plus-money odds?

Sacramento's big man leads the Association in rebounds per game at 12.4, and his prop is set for plus money at just 12.5. That's value, baby!

The Spurs allow the ninth most rebounds per game overall this season and the third m ost on the road at 54.5. Sabonis averaged 12.3 rebounds in three appearances against the Spurs, grabbing 13 in one of them. Since the All-Star break, Sabonis grabbed 12.9 boards per contest, and he's pulled down at least 13 in four of his last six at home. Sabonis hit this prop in 35 of 75 games this year. Bank on him doing so again tonight.

We've got another rebound prop, and this one features even more profitable odds. No team allows more rebounds per game to opponents than Oklahoma City, surrendering 55 per contest overall. The team allows the fifth-most per game (53.3) at home.

CP averages 4.5 rebounds per road game compared to just 4.0 at home, and he's pulled down 4.7 over his last 14. In that span, Paul grabbed at least five rebounds eight times, and averages 4.0 rebounds per game against the Thunder in three matchups this season.

NBA game picks

Dallas has melted down, and the team now lost six of its last seven. The Mavs haven't been blown out, though. Dallas played in plenty of close games, as 21 of their last 23 were decided by 9 points or fewer. The Mavs' defense has been dreadful since adding point guard Kyrie Irving, and failed to close out games.

Atlanta ranks 13th in fourth quarter points per game this season at 27.4 and 12th in fourth quarter points per game at home with 27.7. Dallas is 27th with just 23.7. In March, Dallas ranked 24th in fourth quarter scoring at 26.3, while Atlanta tranked eighth at 29.5. The Mavs are imploding, so expect Atlanta to win this one and cover this small spread in the final frame.
