NBA Parlay Picks & Predictions for Wednesday at +1139 odds, 11/1

In an odd scheduling quirk, the entire NBA had Tuesday off. Usually, there are at least two games per day, but yesterday was an anomaly. However, that means today's slate is a big one. There are 28 of the 30 teams taking the court today, so I had plenty of games to choose from for today's parlay. This will be my second parlay of the season, and if you don't remember my first, I cashed a +1412 parlay that featured a +230 underdog win. So, why not go big again? Here's my parlay for Wednesday that pays out at over 11/1 odds at FanDuel.

Boston Celtics -1.5 (-110) over Philadelphia 76ers

The Celtics were co-favorites to win the NBA Finals before the season started, and through the first few games of the season, Boston has been even better than we expected. Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Kristaps Porzingis have gelled brilliantly in a short time, and having Derrick White and Jrue Holiday to round out the starting five creates one of the most dominant starting lineups in the sport. White has missed the last few games due to the birth of his child, but the playmaker is expected to be back in the lineup on Wednesday.

Against the Sixers last season, the Celtics shifted between Robert Williams and Al Horford to guard Joel Embiid, and neither option did that great. Wednesday will be a completely different story since Porzingis will be under the rim and be able to match up much better with Embiid. Philadelphia doesn't have the depth that they did last season, and without James Harden, the starting five isn't as strong either. Plus, the 76ers just can't seem to beat the Celtics in the last few seasons.

Los Angeles Clippers win by 11+ (+240) over Brooklyn Nets

The latest super team in the Western Conference is the Los Angeles Clippers. On paper, the Clippers are the best team in the league. However, in James Harden's debut on Monday, the Clippers suffered a 14-point loss to the Knicks. Turnovers were a huge problem for Los Angeles, who had normally done a good job at minimizing mistakes, but the addition of Harden will undoubtedly create more errors. With that said, Harden added 17 points and 6 assists in 31 minutes, so he was solid on the offensive end of the court.
