NBA Odds & Best Bets Today: Schedule, Picks for Mondayiv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

Home teams and sizable spreads come into focus for Monday's six-game NBA slate. Check out our top NBA picks for Monday based on the best NBA odds.

We're focusing our attention on home teams for tonight's modest slate. The Indiana Pacers are home dogs to the visiting Philadelphia 76ers, but we think they have a chance to pull off the upset. The Denver Nuggets and Cleveland Cavaliers will look to stay hot at home in their respective matchups against the Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics. The Portland Trail Blazers will look for a second win in as many nights when they take on the depleted Detroit Pistons.

Here are our NBA best bets for Monday (odds via BetMGM, PointsBet, WynnBET, and DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

NBA top picks

On Saturday, we targeted the 76ers to upset the Milwaukee Bucks, a nd on Sunday we picked the Trail Blazers to take down the Orlando Magic. We're looking to extend our plus-money upset streak to three games, and the Pacers present a perfect opportunity to do so.

Philly is 2-0 straight up against Indiana this season, but both of those wins came at home. The Sixers are 24-10 straight up at home compared to just 17-12 on the road. Indiana is 18-15 straight up at home, but the team has won three of its last four and four of its last six, and the only significant injury is to Aaron Nesmith. Philly lists P.J. Tucker and Tobias Harris as questionable, so there is a chance the team could be down two starters and missing some key production on both ends of the court.

We'll take the surging Pacers to deliver a win in front of their home crowd.

This line opened at Cavs -1.5, but it has quickly risen to -6.5 due to Boston's mounting injuries. The Celtic s will be without Robert Williams and Malcolm Brogdon due to injuries, while Al Horford is unlikely to take the court after logging 46 minutes in Sunday's double-overtime loss to the New York Knicks.

After a grueling Sunday night matchup, the Celtics hopped on a plane and traveled to Cleveland, and the available players are surely exhausted. The Cavs sport the second-best ATS record at home (22-11-1), and the elite frontcourt duo of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen should be able to have its way with Boston's undermanned and outmatched bigs.

This is an easy bet on Cleveland laying the points.

Toronto has played competent basketball this season, and the team has been solid ATS on the road. The Raptors are 2-2 straight up and 1-3 ATS over their last four road games, but the team has a 4-2 ATS record when +4 or more on the road.

The Nuggets h ave been outstanding at home, and the team hasn't lost a home matchup with Nikola Jokic in the lineup in nearly two months. Denver is 7-1 ATS across its last eight contests, and the team has won its last three by an average of 15.7 points. Neither team is dealing with significant injuries, so in this cross-conference battle, we're inclined to take the home team that sports one of the best home-court advantages in the Association.

We bet on Portland to win at Orlando in Sunday's article, and we're going back to the well with the Blazers tonight. This time, Portland is the favorite, so we're laying the points.

The Pistons have been without all of Jalen Duren, Isaiah Stewart, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Alec Burks for multiple games, and those players will be sidelined again tonight. The Pistons' injury report now includes Killian Hayes, James Wiseman, and Rodney McGruder, who are all listed a s questionable. The shorthanded Pistons were blown out by the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday on the road, but we're taking the Blazers to cover in Detroit against a team doing all it can to lose games and earn a more favorable draft pick.
