Denver Nuggets ML (+100) over Boston Celtics
Don’t look now, but the Nuggets have ascended to the top of the Western Conference after winning 8 of their last 10 games. Denver is getting another herculean season from Nikola Jokic and the pieces around him are starting to come together. Denver is a resounding 13-3 at home this season, including recent wins over the Suns and Heat. The Nuggets now face their most difficult test of the season in a Celtics team that is playing at the peak of their powers. However, Boston is in the midst of a difficult stretch, having just closed out a homestand with wins over the Clippers and Bucks. The Nuggets are one of the best offenses in basketball, which should come in handy against a stout Boston perimeter defense. Since we’re getting Denver as a slight home underdog, I’ll back the Nuggets in this spot.
