Brooklyn Nets 11+ Win Margin (+220)
The Nets defense has flourished over the past 5 games without Kyrie Irving. They are allowing 91.2 points per game which ranks 1st in defensive rating and in net rating. That's translated into 4 wins and just 1 loss, three of those wins were by 15, 27 and 42 points. It could be a long night for the Lakers, LeBron James is doubtful with a groin strain, while Anthony Davis is questionable with a back problem. Brooklyn doesn't have such injury news, in fact Seth Curry is slowly returning to form after his injury and has dropped 20+ points in consecutive games off the bench. I know it's a small sample size, but if this team can continue playing like this they'll be up in the Top 4 of the Eastern Conference in no time. In head-to-head meetings against the Lakers they are 4-1 ATS over the last 5, add to that a 2-9 SU record for the Lakers in their last 11 Sunday games, I think the Nets win this one with ease.
