With the NBA Eastern Conference Finals wrapped up, we turn our sights to Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals, where Anthony Edwards is looking to at least make this series go back to Minnesota for one more game. The Mavericks will likely be without Dereck Lively II tonight, but could see Maxi Kleber make an appearance for the first time since the first round against the Clippers. Despite not seeing any big performances from Anthony Edwards or Karl-Anthony Towns yet in this series, every game has been competitive. Tonight, I have my eye on a big name to finally step up the way we expect. It’s an elimination game for Anthony Edwards and despite struggling in this series, I can’t help thinking that he extends this one more game. He’s averaging 13.7 rebound chances per game and has posted 9, 5 and 11 so far in this series. I think he should be in that 6-9 range tonight and easily logging over 40 minutes. With their season on the line, there’s even a solid chance that Ant Man doesn’t even come off the floor. Scoring-wise, we should see another 24-26 shot attempts like we did in Game 3, where he blew this line out of the water.
