NBA Futures: Great Value On Thunder To Make the Playoffs
Here's why OKC has a shot at making it out of the play-in

The NBA season has flown by and here we are with only three games left in the regular season. The Oklahoma City Thunder are a full game up on the Dallas Mavericks for the final spot in the Western Conference play-in tournament.
Unless the Thunder lose each of their remaining three games and the Mavericks win each of theirs, it's going to be hard for OKC to slip out of that spot. The Mavericks have lost seven of their last eight games and are talking about shutting down Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving for the remainder of the season, so something tells me that's not going to happen. Plus, DraftKings has OKC's odds at -600 to make the play-in while Dallas is +370. There isn't any value on a bet on the Thunder at that price, but since the books believe that they'll more than likely be in the tournament, I think it's worth looking at their odds to make it out of the play-in and into the West's eight-team playoff picture.
FanDuel has the best price on OKC to make the playoffs at +790. While some might consider that a long shot, I see great value in that number. Here's why…
