There's no better way to cap off a weekend than with a full MLB slate all throughout the day. We aren't wasting any time getting things started either. This AL Central clash is the first game of the day. Just as ESPN has its Sunday Night Baseball, Peacock has been featuring a matchup prior to the rest of the afternoon games starting. This is quite an important game too. The White Sox and Guardians are both battling the Twins in a 3-team race atop the division. With so much on the line, there's plenty of markets to make this series finale profitable. Along with this same ga me parlay, be sure to check out our thoughts on the side and total for all of today's games.

Chicago White Sox ML (-126) over Cleveland Guardians

Per usual, the White Sox have created quite the interesting dynamic in the betting market. This game opened at around -120, inexplicably went to the Sox being underdogs at +100, and then back to this number. They're a team that's been in flux all season due to injuries. However, they look to be set with everyone except for Tim Anderson, which is expected for the next few weeks. There was uncertainty with Eloy Jimenez after leaving Friday's game, but he was already back in the lineup last night. All of that is without mentioning the primary reason this is great value on the Sox.

Ace and AL Cy Young-candidate Dylan Cease will be on the mound for Chicago. He's been absolutely dominant and is having a historical season. He allowed either 0 or 1 earned run for 14 consecutive starts spanning from May to August. That was only snapped by the American League-best Astros. The Guardians are nowhere near that caliber. Cease proved that twice during that 14-game stretch, as Cleveland never scored a run against him across 11.2 innings. Keep in mind that Cease has racked up 12 wins this season, the 2nd-most in the AL, while having a depleted lineup for the majority of the season. Now that they're at least closer to intact, Cease should help the Sox get closer to that AL Central crown.''
