Tampa Bay Rays alternate spread -2.5 (+120) over Washington Nationals
To start our mega parlay, we’re going to be backing the Rays on the alternate run line. Tampa Bay experienced a poor showing from their starter in Tuesday’s games against Washington, but the same shouldn’t be expected with Shane McClanahan on the mound. The Rays ace got off to a fantastic start with a dominant performance against the Tigers on Opening Day, tossing 6 innings of shutout ball in the victory. Much like most of his outings a season ago, McClanahan limited hard contact, got plenty of hitters to chase and walked just 1 batter. This should be a repeat performance of that effort against an inconsistent Washington lineup. Furthermore, the Rays lineup is clicking on all cylinders and will get the pleasure of Patrick Corbin in this one. Expect a blowout win for Tampa Bay.
