MLB Wednesday parlay at mega +671 odds today 7/3: Gavin Stone sets the tone

The MLB season rolls on today with another exciting 15-game slate on the docket. With every team in action across the league, there is plenty to attack and craft an MLB parlay. I cashed my last two MLB parlays last week, so let’s see if I can make it 3 wins in a row! Let’s dive into today’s MLB parlay picks, with games getting underway at 6:40 pm ET as the White Sox take on the Guardians, while action concludes with the Orioles taking on the Mariners at 10:10 pm ET. You can also check out all of our MLB picks for the action on Wednesday, July 3.'

For this MLB parlay, I am going with a bet on the Phillies and Cubs to stay under the total, plus the Dodgers and Braves to each win by multiple runs. Let's break down each of the 3 legs.

Los Angeles Dodgers -1.5 over Arizona Diamondbacks (+105)

To start off our MLB parlay, I’m going with the Los Angeles Dodgers on the run line. At this point, when Gavin Stone gets the ball, it’s extremely hard not to place a wager on Los Angeles, especially at home. The young right-hander is coming off a terrific complete game shutout performance against the White Sox a week ago and I see no reason for that momentum to stop against a mediocre division foe at home. Stone has surrendered just 14 runs over his last 10 outings, including 6 separate performances where he allowed 1 earned run or fewer through at least 5 innings of work. Los Angeles will hold an obvious advantage on the mound and the likes of Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman and Will Smith should all see success at the plate. Let’s back Los Angeles to win convincingly.

Atlanta Braves -1.5 over San Francisco Giants (+105)'

For the second leg in our MLB parlay, I’m going with the Braves on the run line. Much like Stone in Los Angeles, Chris Sale has also been a pleasant surprise this season. The longtime veteran has simply been awesome for a team that has really needed his contributions to this point. Outside of an outing back on June 1 when he surrendered 8 runs to the Athletics, Sale has rattled off 9 excellent starts where he’s allowed just 8 earned runs since May 1, including dominant efforts against the likes of the Yankees, Red Sox, Padres, Mariners and other quality opposition. He should hold a significant edge over Jordan Hicks (4.47 xERA, bottom 30% in xERA, barrel rate and hard hit rate), who gets the ball for San Francisco in Wednesday’s matchup. Let’s take Atlanta to roll at home in this one.

Philadelphia Phillies vs Chicago Cubs under 8 (-120)'
