The MLB Trade Deadline is fast approaching with all trades having to be submitted to the league office by 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 2. With player movements seemingly non-stop over the final days, below you'll find an updated list of high-profile trades, named in order of announcement.

Andrew Benintendi Traded to the New York Yankees

On July 27, the Yankees announced they acquired outfielder Andrew Benintendi from the Royals in exchange for minor league pitchers Chandler Champlain, T.J. Sikkema, and Beck Way.

Benintendi slashed .320/.387/.398 with three home runs and 39 RBI this season with Kansas City and was selected as a reserve player for the 2022 All-Star Game. He leads the AL in on-base percentage and ranks second in batting average.

The Royals assigned Way and Sikkema to High-A Quad Cities and Champlain to Low-A Columbia.
