The Rays’ offense is off to a roaring start and faces a left-handed pitcher in Ken Waldichuk. Small sample but the Rays have had a slightly above average offense by wRC+ against lefties but also optimize their offense for opposing pitchers and I expect them to come out hot against the lefty. The Rays will do most of the lifting here but the Athletics offense can add on a few runs to reach the total.
