Castillo is 0-2 through 2 starts this season, so you have to think he's due for a win. A “he's due” argument obviously isn't strong enough to convince anyone, but Castill really should be in line for a strong outing. Over the past 2 years he has worked 18.1 innings against Toronto while allowing only 4 runs. The Blue Jays haven't been hitting much at all so far in 2024. They have scored 3 runs or fewer in 5 of the last 6 games and in 7 of the last 9. Jose Having Jose Berrios on the mound is generally good news for the Jays, but if they can't hit then even Berrios may not be enough. Seattle has good value as a slight underdog.
