We hit both our Astros vs Yankees and Padres vs Phillies SGPs last night, so let's keep things rolling. The Phillies kept things rolling at home themselves with a Game 4 win last night. That brings the series to a 3-1 lead in their favor and a chance to close it out today. Most fans expected it to be the Los Angeles Dodgers representing the NL in the World Series, so this would be quite the Cinderella story. With the undefeated Eagles on a bye in the NFL this week, all of Phill y will have their eyes on this Game 5. San Diego Padres ML (+122) over Philadelphia Phillies
Both the ALCS and NLCS have a chance to end today, but the Padres look set to keep this one alive. Unlike the Houston Astros absolutely dominating the New York Yankees in the AL, this series has been rather competitive. Despite the Phillies having the 3-1 series lead, it has not been a complete mismatch. We have a rematch of starting pitchers from Game 1 of this series, which was a close 2-0 Philly win. Both Padres Yu Darvish and Phillies Zach Wheeler had great performances, and likely will again today.
