The Cleveland Guardians seek their sixth consecutive victory when they visit the Baltimore Orioles on Monday for the opener of their three-game series. Cleveland (49-26), which posted a season-high nine-game winning streak from May 17-26, edged Toronto 6-5 on Sunday to complete a series sweep and extend its current run to five games. The Guardians also had two other five-game streaks earlier this season. Baltimore (49-28) lost three straight at Houston over the weekend after winning the final two contests of its three-game road set against the New York Yankees. For Monday, Cleveland's Tanner Bibee squares off against Baltimore's Cade Povich.
