The 2023 MLB season is fully in swing and VSiN has you covered with every way you can possibly bet on a baseball game. However, Adam is off on Sundays, so I'm tackling everything before we get back to our regularly scheduled programming tomorrow. Keep reading to find out how I'm betting three of the games on the MLB schedule for Sunday, May 7th.

Here are our favorite MLB prop bets for Sunday, May 7th: 

Toronto Blue Jays (-130, 9) at Pittsburgh Pirates

Roansy Contreras is taking the ball for the Pirates today, and he has been great in his last two home starts. Contreras has given up just one earned run over his last 12.2 innings pitched at PNC Park, and he had 13 strikeouts over that pair of outings. Meanwhile, Yusei Kikuchi is going to be starting for Toronto in this one. While Kikuchi is 2-0 with a 0.77 ERA at home this season, his 5.95 road ERA is rather uninspiring. He also happens to be a left-handed pitcher, and the Pirates are fifth in the league in wRC+ against southpaws this season. With all of that in mind, it’s hard not to like Pittsburgh to get the job done at home here. The Pirates should have the starting pitching edge, and they’ll be hungry to snap a six-game losing streak.
