The Missouri Tigers lost their sixth straight game in the SEC and sixth straight overall on Tuesday night in a 63-57 loss to Texas A&M on the road. The Tigers lost despite holding the Aggies to under 30% shooting from the field. Sean East II led Missouri with 17 points and five assists and while Tamar Bates pumped in 16 points in the loss. The Tigers shot just 38% from the field themselves and committed 15 turnovers in the game, compared with just eight for Texas A&M.

The Missouri Tigers remain winless in the SEC this year and hope to get their first win in conference play at the expense of the Gamecocks. The Tigers are 140th in the nation in scoring offense this season. They are 141st in field goal percentage and just 225th in 3-point field goal percentage. They are, however, 95th in 3-point field goals made per game despite their poor shooting percentage. The Tigers are 202nd in scoring defense this season. They are 125th in field goal defense and 155th in 3-point defense. On the boards, the Tigers are near the bottom of the rankings at just 293rd in total rebounds per game. They are have done a good job protecting the basketball, ranked 81st in turnovers per game.
