Missouri at Texas A&M – 1/11/23 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Missouri Tigers and Texas A&M Aggies face off on Wednesday in a college basketball showdown at Reed Arena. When these two teams faced off in February of last season it was Missouri that secured the 70-66 victory. 

Missouri comes into this game with a 13-2 record overall and they have gone 9-6 against the spread. The only losses for Missouri have come against Arkansas and Kansas. In the last game against Vanderbilt, Missouri scored 85 points and that was enough to secure the three point victory. Missouri is averaging 87.1 points while their defense is giving up 75.1 points per game. The offense is ranked second best in college basketball. D’Moi Hodge has been the top player for Missouri averaging 15.9 points while shooting 52.1 percent from the field and 42.1 percent from behind the three point line. 

On the other side of this matchup is Texas A&M who sits with a 10-5 record and they have gone 10-5 against the spread. In the last game against LSU the defense gave up only 56 points and that led to the 13 point victory. Two games ago against Florida they were able to secure a 66-63 victory. Texas A&M is averaging 74.6 points while their defense is giving up 67.4 points per game. Wade Taylor IV is averaging 15.4 points while shooting 42.6 percent from the field and 36.7 percent from behind the three point line.
