After opening its conference schedule with a win against Arkansas, which was a Top 10 program at the time, LSU's season went off of a cliff with ten consecutive losses. The Tigers (12-11) try to get right on Wednesday against Mississippi State (15-8), but the Bulldogs come in riding a three-game win streak after losing five-in-a-row to close out January. LSU won the only meeting between the two sides last season, 69-65 in Baton Rouge.
