Minnesota will try to deal Green Bay a devastating blow when the NFC North rivals square off on Sunday afternoon. The Vikings still have an outside shot at the top overall seed in the conference, but they could be eliminated from that race before their game kicks off. Green Bay needs to win its final two games to have a shot at making the postseason.
Minnesota opened the season with a 23-7 win over Green Bay, serving as a springboard for its 12-3 start to the campaign. However, the Vikings have not been nearly that dominant in most of their wins, having to erase late deficits on many occasions. In fact, their only win by more than eight points was their win over the Packers. They completed the largest comeback in league history two weeks ago to pick up a 39-36 win over Indianapolis, and they erased a fourth-quarter deficit in their win over the Giants last week. Their defense has certainly been an issue of late, allowing an average of 31.3 points per game over their last three outings.

Minnesota has not swept Green Bay during the regular season since 2017. The Vikings still have an outside shot at picking up the No. 1 seed in the NFC, but they need Philadelphia to lose its game to New Orleans earlier in the day on Sunday to keep their hopes alive. Quarterback Kirk Cousins racked up 299 passing yards and three touchdowns last weekend and has tallied nine touchdowns in the past three weeks. Tight end TJ Hockenson led the way with a pair of touchdown catches last week, marking his best outing since being acquired from Detroit in a November trade. Wide receiver Justin Jefferson has already set the single-season franchise record for receiving yards (1,756). He is part of an offense that is No. 12 in the NFL, averaging 354.5 yards per game.
