Minnesota Twins at Cleveland Guardians – 9/19/22 MLB Picks and Prediction

The Minnesota Twins and Cleveland Guardians face off on Monday in an MLB showdown at Progressive Field. The Guardians have won three of the first four games of this series.

The Twins sit with a 73-73 record overall and they finally picked up a win on Sunday. Joe Ryan had a strong pitching performance and the offense gave him three runs of support, and that led to the win. The Twins are averaging 4.32 runs per game which is 17th in the league but that number has continued to go down the last few weeks. Jose Miranda has hit 15 home runs and driven in 64 RBis.

The Guardians come into this game with a 79-67 record overall and they had won three games in a row before losing on Sunday. The Guardians' offense has been inconsistent all season, but the pitching has been good. Cleveland is giving up 3.95 runs per game which is 9th best in the league. Jose Ramirez is having a big season hitting 28 home runs and driving in 112 RBIs.
