Milwaukee Bucks (48-18) vs. Golden State Warriors (34-33)
The NBA betting action continues Saturday, March 11, 2023, with the Milwaukee Bucks taking on the Golden State Warriors in the marquee cross-conference showdown at Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
The tip-off is set for 8:30 PM ET. Milwaukee meets Golden State for the second and final time this regular season, and the Bucks aim for their second straight victory over the Warriors.
The Milwaukee Bucks (48-18; 36-25-5 ATS) have only dropped one of their last 20 games overall. After stopping a 16-game winning streak with a 133-130 defeat to the Philadelphia 76ers this past Saturday, the Bucks have won three straight contests over the Washington Wizards 117-111, Orlando Magic 134-123, and Brooklyn Nets 118-113.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has missed the last two games due to an illness and a hand injury, but he should be ready to play against the Warriors. Brook Lopez led the way against Orlando with 26 points, while Bobby Portis had 28 points and 13 rebounds versus Brooklyn. Lopez posted a 24-point, 10-rebound double-double against the Nets to go with a career-high nine blocks.
“Brooklyn was out there shooting the ball,” Lopez said. “They were doing a great job shooting the ball, and so just in that last possession or those last couple possessions, they were doing a great job of sending those guys downhill. When they kind of give them that one option, I’m able to make the read and time it. If he’s going downhill with a full head of steam, I can time that pretty simply to get there at the right time.”
“It was a close game and he [Brook] made the plays that made the difference down the stretch.”
