The Memphis Grizzlies play host to the Milwaukee Bucks at the FedExForum on Thursday night.
The Milwaukee Bucks have been in great form as they’ve won eight of their last 10 games overall and they will be eager to stay hot after routing the Warriors in an impressive 128-111 home win on Tuesday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 30 points, 12 rebounds and five assists, Khris Middleton added 20 points while Bobby Portis provided the spark off the bench with 25 points and 11 rebounds on 11 of 15 shooting. As a team, the Bucks shot a healthy 54 percent from the field and 12 of 29 from the 3-point line as they dominated the paint right from the start and set the tone with 38 points in the first quarter, before they made another push in the third quarter to push the lead out to 26 points.
Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have been on a nice run as they’ve won eight of their last nine games and they will be gunning for a seventh straight victory after blowing out the Hawks in a 128-103 win on Monday. Tyus Jones led the way with 22 points and 11 assists, Dillon Brooks added 18 points, Santi Aldama added 16 points off the bench while Jaren Jackson Jr chipped in with 15 points. As a team, the Grizzlies shot a sizzling 60 percent from the field and 13 of 32 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the Hawks early to take an 11-point lead into halftime, before they exploded for 40 points int the third quarter to lead by as many as 34 points.
