Military Bowl Preview: Virginia Tech vs. Tulane
The Military Bowl will feature a couple of teams that I bet on or against quite a bit this season; the Tulane Green Wave and the Virginia Tech Hokies. Virginia Tech currently sits as a 10.5-point favorite with an over/under of 44.5. If you’ve been reading my work for a while, you know that we had a Virginia Tech season win total under bet (loser) and that we faded Tulane in the AAC championship game against SMU (winner). The Hokies surprised a lot of people, including me, this season en route to bowl eligibility when I thought they’d be lucky to win four games. But, as is the case with all bowl games in this era, the question is who is going to play and coach for both teams, as transfer portal entries and coaching moves are plentiful?
