Miami won their third straight game as they took down Orlando at home Friday night and they look to build on that momentum here. The Heat entered Saturday 28-22 on the season and held a 2.5-game lead on the Hawks for the top spot in the Southeast Division. In the East, the team was sixth, seven games behind Boston for the top spot: they held a one-game lead over the seventh-place Knicks for the final guaranteed playoff spot and five games ahead of 11th-place Chicago to remain in the playoff field. Against Orlando, Miami led 7-0 out of the gate only to trail by as many as 10 in the second quarter. The Heat trailed by nine at the half, by six after three quarters and by eight in the opening seconds of the fourth quarter before rallying. Miami went on a 15-2 run to take an 86-83 lead with 8:52 remaining and didn’t let Orlando closer than one the rest of the way. The Heat shot 45.9% from the field, including 10 of 33 from thre e-point range, and forced 20 Orlando turnovers in the win. Jimmy Butler led Miami with 29 points, six rebounds and six assists in the win.

Omar Yurtseven (ankle) underwent surgery November 15 and is out indefinitely. Robinson (finger) underwent surgery January 5 and is expected to be out until early February.
