The Memphis Tigers (4-2, 1-1 American) will be going for their second consecutive road win when they face the UAB Blazers (2-5, 1-2 American) on Saturday afternoon. The game will be played at Protective Stadium and it is scheduled to begin at 12 PM. ET.

The Tigers are coming off a 31-21 loss to Tulane as five-point underdogs. The Blazers are coming off a 41-20 loss to UTSA as nine-point underdogs.

UAB is 7-3 in its last 10 games against Memphis.

The Tigers were able to hand with the Green Wave in the first three quarters of their last game, but they ran out of steam in the fourth quarter, allowing Tulane to score 14 unanswered points, which cost them the game. They will try to bounce back from the loss with a win over the Blazers, which will give them their fifth win in their last seven games.

Memphis is averaging 33 points per game. They are throwing for 284.3 yards and rushing for 142.5 yards per game.

Seth Henigan completed 56 percent of his passes for 321 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions in the loss to Tulane. Sutton Smith had four carries for 22 yards, while Demeer Blankumsee had six catches for 108 yards and one touchdown.

Memphis has played well defensively, giving up 23 points per game. They gave up 31 points in their last game and will have to do a better job if they want to get the win.
