The LSU Tigers will head up to Athens to face the Georgia Bulldogs in SEC play from the Stegeman Coliseum. LSU leads the all-time series, 65-47, after winning five of the last six meetings.
LSU dropped to 12-13 after losing to Texas A&M in Baton Rouge. The Tigers were held to just 17 first half points by the Aggies en route to another conference loss, 74-62. LSU is scoring 66.4 points per game, while allowing 68.5 ppg, and shooting 41.3% from the floor.
LSU endured a painful month of January, and after losing twelve straight games, there’s no sign of things improving this season. The Tigers are 1-11 in SEC play, with a 0-6 road record. Murray State transfer KJ Williams has been the lone bright spot LSU this season, and he leads LSU in scoring (16.0) and rebounding (7.3). Former Illinois guard Adam Miller is the only LSU player in double figures at 11.9 ppg after scoring a team-high 18 points in the loss to A&M.
