The Loyola Chicago Ramblers will travel to the Michael J. Hagan ‘85 Arena on Saturday afternoon in an Atlantic 10 Conference matchup to face off against the Saint Joseph’s Hawks. The Ramblers are 6-10 (0-4) so far this season and are riding a five-game losing streak after a 78-64 home loss on Tuesday against the VCU Rams. The Hawks are 6-10 (0-4) right now and are on a four-game losi ng streak as they are coming off a 92-80 home loss against the Duquesne Dukes on Wednesday. These teams also play on February 8 so this will be an interesting matchup to look at. 

The Loyola Chicago Ramblers have been struggling and had a 78-64 home loss against the VCU Rams. They were able to score 32 points in each half of the game. They shot the ball extremely well as they were 23-of-45 (51.1 percent) overall, 6-of-14 (42.9 percent) from the three, and 17 free-throw attempts. Senior forward Tom Welch led the team as in 32 minutes he finished with 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and two turnovers. Defensively, they were not good as they allowed 57.1 percent from the floor and 50 from deep here. Loyola Chicago did a decent job as they finished with nine steals and three blocks throughout the game.
