The Miami Hurricanes will host the Louisville Cardinals in ACC play from the Watsco Center. Louisville leads the head-to-head series 13-7, but Miami has won the last three meetings.
Louisville dropped to 3-21 after losing to Pitt on the road. The Cardinals were crushed and outscored by double figures by the Panthers in both halves en route to a 36-point loss. Louisville is scoring 61.4 points per game, while allowing 73.5 ppg, and shooting 40.1% from the floor.
Louisville is about to walk into an ACC game as 21-point underdogs, and that itself should let you know how things have gone for them this season. The Cardinals are 1-12 in ACC play, with a 0-7 road record. Georgia Tech has served as they’re lone win since Christmas Day, and things have simply just hit rock bottom in Kentucky. Senior guard El Ellis has been the lone bright spot offensively, leading the Cards in scoring (16.8) and assists (4.8), after a 22-point showing versus FSU. Tennessee transfer Brandon Huntley-Hatfield leads the team in rebounding (6.1), while scoring 7.5 ppg.
