The Los Angeles Lakers could be searching for their fifth straight victory when they take on Sacramento on Saturday. Schröder came up with a big performance for Los Angeles, recording 32 points, including going 12-14 from the free-throw line. With Lebron James and Anthony Davis out, Schröder picked up the slack. Russell Westbrook fell just short of a triple-double, recording 21 points, eight rebounds, and nine assists. Westbrook is listed as day-to-day for this contest and Los Angeles will be without Davis, Austin Reeves, Lonnie Walker, and Troy Brown.
The Lakers are ninth in points per game (116.0) but are 26th in points allowed per contest (117.4). The club has been very effective shooting, hitting 48.2% of their shots, sixth overall.
