The Chargers head into the matchup after winning 30-28 over the Cleveland Browns in their last outing on October 9. Last time out, the Broncos were defeated by the Indianapolis Colts 12-9. Justin Herbert threw for 228 yards, with one touchdown and no interceptions on 22-of-34 passing (64.7%) for the Bolts in that matchup against the Browns. Austin Ekeler carried the ball 16 times for 173 yards (10.8 yards per carry) with one touchdown on the ground. He added four receptions for 26 yards and one touchdown. Mike Williams had 134 yards on 10 catches (13.4 per reception) in that game. Russell Wilson threw for 274 yards for the Broncos against the Colts, going 21-for-39 (53.8%) with no touchdowns and two interceptions. He added four carries for 22 yards. Melvin Gordon III carried the ball 15 times for 54 yards (3.6 yards per attempt). In the passing game, he added three catches for 49 yards. Courtland Sutton caught five passes on 11 targets for 74 yards (14.8 yards per reception).
