The Los Angeles Angels and Oakland Athletics face off on Wednesday in an MLB showdown at Oakland Coliseum.
Oakland overall this season has really struggled with the offense and they are averaging only 3.52 runs per game which is 29th in the league. The pitching hasn’t been much better and is ranked 24th in the league. Seth Brown has had a nice season hitting 25 home runs and driving in 72 RBIs.
The Angels had high expectations heading into this season but they haven’t lived up to those. Even with the star power on this offense, the Angels are averaging only 3.88 runs per game which is 25th in the league. Mike Trout has missed a big part of the season but has still hit 39 home runs and 79 RBIs.
